Who wants pancakes? (6 people)

Ingredients
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of olive oil
400 ml of milk
1 pinch of salt
2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of yeast
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Steps
Put all of the ingredients on a bowl.
Stir until the mix is almost liquid.
Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Melt a little of butter on the frying pan so that we can start cooking the mix.
Put a scoop of the mix in the center of the frying pan.
Wait until you see bubbles on the top of the mix. It is time to turn it over and cook the other side (for 10 seconds).
Remove with a spatula and repete the process until you are finished with the mix.
Decorate with seasonal fruits, if you want to, and add honey (maple syrup).
Decorar con frutas de estación, si lo desea, y agregar miel (de maple).
