Ingredients
2 kg of potato
1 cup of red onion
3 cans of tuna
10 lemons
1 avocado
3 tablespoons of ground yellow pepper
3 oil tablespoons
3 boiled eggs
chopped parsley leaves
4 chili peppers
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
6 olives
Steps
Parboil the potatoes and, as soon as they are ready, press them. Let them cool.
For the dough, place the pressed potatoes in a bowl and add the ground yellow pepper, the oil, the juice of 8 lemons, the salt and the pepper. Mix the ingredients.
For the filling, put the tuna cans, the diced onion, the juice of 2 lemons in a bowl and mix it with mayonnaise. Add 2 chili peppers choped into small squares.
In a large bowl, put half of the dough as the first layer, flatten. Add the filling as a second layer and put the sliced avocado on top. Place the remaining half of the dough as the last layer.
For decoration, spread the mayonnaise over the entire surface and place the grated boiled egg, 2 chili peppers choped into small squares, the parsley and the chopped olives.
